We’ve been part of the local Brimbank community for 20 years, looking after pets in the West, from Caroline Springs to Keilor and Delahey to Taylors Lakes. Inside our beautiful clinic, you’ll always find multiple vets working at the same time, which means that we consult regularly and share our combined experience.
Our environmentally-friendly hospital is designed to maximise the use of natural light — which is more comfortable for you and your pet. We’re working to become carbon neutral too — doing everything we can to create a better future for animals everywhere.
Our purpose-built space has been designed to minimise stress for animals, with sound-proof consultation rooms, separate waiting areas and passive ventilation to eliminate odours. We diffuse natural pheromones in the cat ward to help with relaxation, while dogs enjoy larger consultation rooms and waiting areas. We are an accredited Cat Friendly Clinic, which means that all staff members understand how to handle and approach cats with special care.
Our independent clinic was established in 1998 by Dr Jeremy Watson, who has since been joined by Dr Darrell Gust and Dr Lisa Di Vitto. The three partners have established a culture of collaboration and curiosity — mastering the latest skills and equipment to provide the best level of care. We also consider owners to be part of our extended team, because no one knows your pet better than you do.
We recognise that in order to care for animals, we need to care for the environment in which they live. In 2022 we achieved carbon neutral certification with the Australian Government Climate Active Register. Our contemporary clinic and hospital are designed to be highly energy efficient. Spaces are flooded with natural light and our solar panels support most of our energy needs. We are members of Veterinarians for Climate Action which advocates for change within and beyond our industry.
